The Gibeau Orange Julep was a snack bar located on Decarie Expressway although not the original one. One of them really impressed me and I often asked them to take me there. As a child, my parents took me out quite often to restaurants, diners and food stands. All right, let me explain…įor those of you who don’t know me, I grew up in the Montréal area. I had this flash of a huge building shaped like an orange. It’s only when I started writing this blog that I realized that I WAS RIGHT, well somewhat. Always Right although it does happen often… lol! David obviously corrected me but for some strange reason, I felt that I was still right. When filming this video, I was talking to David and all of a sudden I mistakenly called this featured recipe “Orange Julep”.
